Our Interior Design Process

  1. Site Information and Briefing

Upon your enquiry, we will provide you with a questionnaire to gather information about your project.

We’ll also need a few measurements and photos of your space to ensure the furniture we recommend will fit perfectly! Don’t worry, we have a guide to help you with measuring your space or alternatively, we can arrange a visit to measure for you at an extra cost.

Once we receive this information, we will schedule a video call to go through your brief.

2. Conceptual Design

Following your video call, we will start with initial ideas for your project. This includes showing you different ideas for the following:

  • Moodboard

  • Colour & Finished Palette

  • Concept Visual(s)

  • 2D Technical Floor Plan

We will then schedule a video call with you to review our initial ideas. It’s at this stage where you can tell us if we are on the right lines and can accommodate any changes you may want.

3. Design Development

Based on your selected package, we will move forward with the development of your design.

This includes:

  • Visual Floor Plan

  • 3D Animation with Visuals

This stage provides a detailed presentation of your design. We hope that you will be happy with it but if not, revisions are included as part of your package.

4. Final Design

Upon approval of the design, we will move forward to finalise the design according to your chosen package.

This work includes all the necessary elements for you to implement your design, providing builders with comprehensive guidance:

  • Shopping List

  • 2D Technical Elevations

  • Visual Elevations

  • Full Technical Plans

  • Photorealistic Renders (if added to your package)

5. Shop Your Design & Install

Now it’s the exciting part! Relax and browse through your design, starting the buying process. A comprehensive shopping list, curated by your interior designer, is provided.

Don’t worry, you aren’t completely by yourself! Our design support extends after your design is issued, allowing you to reach out with any questions or concerns. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.

We will professionally handle the measurements and all site information required to kickstart your project. We also provide in-person consultations that can be arranged as a one-time session or as ongoing support throughout the entire process.

  • During the build phase, after the design has been finalised, we provide additional services to oversee the construction process and ensure that it aligns with the design. We work closely with the builders to ensure the design is accurately implemented. Additionally, we can offer recommendations for tradespeople and assist in scheduling them within the appropriate timeframe, ensuring a seamless build phase.

  • Our consultations are designed to inspire you and provide the support you need to make the most of your space. We are here to guide you through the process and help you achieve your vision. Whether you’re seeking advice on layout, colour schemes, or furnishing, we’ll work with you to create a personalised plan that fits your unique requirements.

  • In our silver and gold packages, you can enjoy 3D animations and visuals to bring your design to life. For an enhanced level of detail, we offer the option to include photorealistic renders, allowing you to envision your design realistically.
